Our Merger Assistance Program is
designed to assist our credit union clients identify merger candidates in
pre-selected markets that meet the credit union’s criteria and strategic
expectations. Through a combination of targeted marketing and extensive
industry contacts, we assist in identifying candidates that are willing to
consider a merger. We take a very “hands on” approach to negotiating
satisfactory merger agreements with the targeted credit unions.
